The work flow from your initial enquiry to our handing over of the project

01.　Enquiry / Consultation / Request for materials

Please feel free to get in touch with us by phone or email.

We will review our schedule and set up a suitable time to meet with you.

02.　Consultation

We will meet with you in person to listen to your requests and address your concerns.

At the same time, we will discuss the details of the project and share our ideas with you while presenting some of our past projects.

If you are interested in working with us, we will create a plan for a presentation during our next meeting.

03.　Creating a presentation (basic design)

We will create a presentation (basic design) based on the information gathered during the consultation.

During this presentation, we will explain the concept, themes, and primary spatial design elements of our design through the use of floor plans, elevation drawings, and CG perspective renderings.

Time required: Around 4 weeks

※You will be required to return these plans if we are unable to reach an agreement. Please refrain from commencing construction based on these plans.

No fees will be charged for our services provided up to this point.

04.　Provisional agreement

If you are satisfied with the first presentation (basic design), we will sign a provisional agreement.

Doing this gives you the flexibility to make modifications to the plan subsequently.

Fee: 100,000 yen.

※This fee will be waived when you sign the design/construction contract (as it will be used to offset the construction contractor fees).

05.　Preparing a quote for construction work

Once the details of the presentation (basic design) are finalized, we will prepare a quote for the construction work based on the basic design.

Time required: Around 2 to 4 weeks

06.　Signing of construction contract and commencement of construction work

If you are satisfied with our proposal, our agency will sign a construction contract with you.

Frequency of meetings: Around once every 1 to 2 weeks

Time required: Around 6 to 7 months

07.　Completion of construction and handing over

You will be invited to inspect the building once the construction work is complete, and we will hand it over to you if there are no issues.

08.    Post-construction maintenance

To ensure that you can live comfortably, you are welcome to contact us at any time if you have any issues or concerns with your house.

We will assist you as soon as we can.
